Our pre-finished products (selected by the customer at the time of placing the order), can be returned within the period of time and conditions mentioned above, we stock all of these products and are not considered custom orders, as these products can be resalable.
Custom Finished Products: We are pleased to offer decorative finishes for architectural products that are custom-made according your specifications, and we encourage you to review your order carefully. Since the product is painted to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once your order is in production.
Custom products include, but are not limited to: Custom crown moldings decorative finishes, custom ceiling medallions decorative finishes, and other custom architectural products decorative finishing. If you have a question of whether or not the item you would like to order is custom, please contact us prior to ordering.

Important Information About Your Shipment: Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect the items carefully for damaged or missing items. All shipping claims must be handled within 72 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after 72 hours will not be honored. Crown Moldings Return Policy
We absolutely DO NOT accept returns on crown moldings, as these products are extremely fragile and the percentage of damage by carriers is considerably high. We strongly recommend you to purchase a sample of the crown molding you are intending to buy. If any piece of crown molding is received damage we will replace it at no cost to you after the damage item be received back and carefully inspected.
Ceiling Medallions Return Policy
We trust you will be satisfied with your purchase of this Fine Art Deco ceiling medallion. However if you are not satisfied with your purchased item, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase date. Please place medallion in the original package with original plastic, bubble wrap, peanuts or any other protection that was contained in the package at the moment of delivery. We don’t charge for restocking fees, nevertheless we cannot cover your return shipping cost, ceiling medallions boxes are subject to expensive shipping cost charged by carriers due to it’s sizes. In order to issue a refund (excluding shipping cost paid at the moment of purchase) the item should be received in resalable conditions, in case of only minor tear or scratches a discounted refund may apply, otherwise bigger damages will incur in NO REFUND issued. Note: Ceiling Medallions larger than 39 inches are NON-RETURNABLES, due to high shipping rates and percentage of damages on these large items.
