All hand-painted products sold at fineartdeco.com are NON-RETURNABLE. As widely specified on our website, all our hand-painted products are made to order. That is the value of the product that our beloved customer can have at an incomparable quality and dedication, all out of the hands of our professional artists. The products sold at fineartdeco.com that are not hand-painted can be returned according to this return policy. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be in resalable condition and received within 14 business days from the authorized return date. Returnable Products

All factory-finished or unfinished products sold at fineartdeco.com can be returned within the time and conditions specified above; we stock all of these products, and they are not considered special hand-painted orders because, and they can be resalable.

Non-Returnable Products

All hand-painted products: We are pleased to offer decorative finishes for architectural products that are custom-made according to your specifications, and we encourage you to review your order carefully. Since the product is hand painted or custom painted to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once your order is in production.

Custom products include, but are not limited to: custom crown moldings with decorative finishes, custom ceiling medallions with decorative finishes, custom ceiling tiles with decorative finishes, and other custom architectural products with decorative finishes. If you have a question of whether or not the item you would like to order is custom, please contact us prior to ordering.

We cannot accept returns for custom products.

Important Information About Your Shipment: Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect the items carefully for damaged or missing items. All shipping claims must be handled within 72 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after 72 hours will not be honored. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item with your order, please contact our customer service department at 1-877-268-7770.
