Patina is a thin layer that variously forms on the surface of copper, bronze and similar metals, it’s produced by oxidation or other chemical processes.
There are special paints and activators that allow to change bronze, copper and iron finish or surface easily without much effort. Various patina-imitating solutions and glazings can be used in order to obtain this effect.
